We are seeking a Montessori-trained nanny in Madrid to care for our 2-year-old daughter, supporting her educational and developmental needs alongside standard nanny duties. We both work from home, and the position can be part-time or full-time. We can offer 20–40 hours per week spread over 4–5 days. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education, a Montessori approach, and a passion for fostering learning through play and daily routines. We do not provide accommodation and are looking for candidates already based in Madrid who can commute daily to our home in Salamanca.
