A warm and welcoming private family in Rumson, New Jersey is seeking an experienced, energetic, and nurturing full-time nanny to help care for their three children under the age of three. This role is ideal for a confident professional nanny who thrives in a busy household and enjoys working both alongside a very hands-on stay-at-home mom and independently when needed. While mom is highly involved, she is looking for an extra set of capable hands to help manage the day, provide structure, and allow her to spend quality time with each child.
The successful candidate will be fully comfortable caring for all three children independently when required and will bring a calm, organized, and developmentally informed approach to early childhood care. Creating engaging routines, especially in the mornings, will be a key focus of this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care for three young children

Help establish structure and daily routines, particularly in the mornings (days of the week, brushing teeth, hair care, counting games, and simple learning activities)

Plan and engage the children in age-appropriate educational play, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor activities

Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks for the children

Assist with light child-related housekeeping, including children’s laundry and tidying play areas

Work collaboratively with mom while also being confident taking sole charge when needed

Travel with the family as an extra set of hands, providing additional support during trips
Schedule & Compensation:

Monday–Friday, ideally 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience
