A private family in Rome, Italy, is seeking an experienced Russian-speaking Maternity Nurse for a 3-month contract starting in November. The ideal candidate will have solid newborn experience and a confident understanding of the needs of both a newborn and new parents during the early weeks and months. The Maternity Nurse will provide dedicated support with the baby’s daily care and routine, including feeding, settling, bathing, dressing, and general newborn care. The family is looking for someone calm, reliable, discreet, and comfortable working in a private household. A warm and reassuring approach is important, along with the ability to offer practical guidance and support to the parents when needed. The position requires the candidate to be on call 6 days per week, with a 24-hour schedule. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to the baby’s changing needs are essential. The contract will begin in November and will run for approximately three months. Compensation is €250–€300 per 24-hour period, depending on experience and qualifications.
