A VIP family based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for a Nanny / Early Years Specialist to support the development of their three young children (aged 1–4). Each child already has their own nanny, so this is a more education-focused role, perfect for someone with a strong early years background who enjoys shaping learning through play, routine, and thoughtful interaction. The family is keen to find a native English speaker who can naturally support language development while bringing fresh ideas for engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and delivering age-appropriate, educational activities across early years stages
Supporting language development through immersive, natural English communication
Encouraging progress across key developmental milestones
Working collaboratively with the wider household team and individual nannies
Creating a stimulating, structured environment that supports learning through play
Accompanying the family on international travel when required
Sharing updates with parents and contributing to a consistent developmental approach
This is a fully staffed household, so being a team player is essential. You’ll be working alongside other nannies and staff, contributing your expertise while respecting an established routine. The role involves international travel, so a travel-friendly passport and flexibility are key.
