A warm and welcoming family in River Falls, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time nanny with strong infant experience to care for their baby girl. This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurturing, knowledgeable caregiver who is confident supporting early developmental milestones and partnering closely with parents to ensure consistent, attentive care.
The ideal candidate will be experienced with infants, proactive in maintaining routines, and comfortable managing all baby-related responsibilities in a calm and organized manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, safety-focused care for one infant
Encourage and support appropriate developmental milestones
Partner with parents to understand and maintain the baby’s nap, feeding, and daily routines
Prepare bottles and simple meals once solids are introduced
Take the baby to the park, library, and other age-appropriate outings
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery, play area, and baby’s eating space
Clean up food preparation areas in the kitchen
Take the full diaper pail out to the trash
Manage the baby’s laundry, including clothes, bedding, and linens
If comfortable, take the family dog for walks with the baby
Requirements:
Strong professional experience caring for infants
Knowledge of infant development and milestone support
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Comfortable working collaboratively with parents
Confident taking the baby on outings
Dog-friendly
Schedule & Compensation:
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
$25 per hour
