A reliable nanny is sought for a lovely 1-year-old boy in Richmond TW9. The family is looking for someone who can provide attentive, nurturing care while supporting the child through this important stage of his early development. The nanny will take responsibility for the child’s day-to-day routine and ensure that his days are well structured, engaging and suited to his individual needs. The role will include planning age-appropriate activities, encouraging curiosity and independence, and providing plenty of opportunities for play, learning and exploration. The nanny will also support his social and emotional development and create a calm, positive environment where he can feel secure and confident. All nursery duties will form part of the position, including preparing meals and snacks, managing the child’s laundry, keeping his bedroom and play areas tidy, and maintaining an organised environment for his care. The successful nanny will be hands-on, dependable and genuinely passionate about working with young children, with previous experience caring for babies or toddlers. The family would value someone who is proactive and confident in managing a young child’s routine while also being warm, patient and attentive. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Thursday for 45 hours per week. The salary is £16–£18 net per hour, depending on experience and suitability. The position will start in November 2026.
