International family based in Reykjavik, Iceland is seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking nanny to care for their toddler in a long-term full-time position. This is a 40–50 hours per week role with separate accommodation provided, and the family is looking for a professional, nurturing and highly adaptable nanny who can support their child’s early development in a structured and engaging environment.
Responsibilities include all aspects of toddler care, maintaining daily routines, preparing healthy meals and snacks, planning age-appropriate and developmentally focused activities, supporting learning through play, and ensuring a safe, stimulating and well-organised environment at all times. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin, confident in supporting early years development, and comfortable travelling regularly with the family to destinations including Shanghai, Southeast Asia and across Europe. Flexibility, discretion, and prior experience in international or high-profile households would be highly valued.
