HNW family in Reno NV is seeking a warm, experienced, and proactive full-time Nanny to join their household team. The ideal candidate is confident managing a busy home with multiple children and has extensive experience with newborns and multiples.
The family has three children: two school-aged (in school 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM) and one 3-year-old who attends full-time preschool. They are also expecting their fourth child in mid-February.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for the children, especially the newborn
Confidently manage transitions for multiple children, including morning routines and after-school care
Support with bottle prep, feeding, diapering, baby laundry, and sleep schedules
Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities and outings
Keep children’s areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
Communicate daily with parents and work collaboratively with other household staff
Travel with the family as needed (school breaks, holidays, occasional weekends)
Family provides a vehicle for all work-related driving
This position is best suited for a professional nanny who thrives in a collaborative, child-focused household and is comfortable supporting both the children and household rhythms.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday. Split Shift: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Competitive hourly pay: $35–$40/hour, DOE
