Key responsibilities include providing gentle daytime care, supporting consistent nap schedules and gentle sleep training, assisting with a gradual transition away from co-sleeping using evidence-based approaches, offering emotional reassurance and guidance to parents on sleep, development, and infant care best practices, and creating a calm, structured, and loving environment that promotes both baby and parent well-being. Additional duties include light baby-related household support such as baby laundry and simple meal preparation, particularly during family transitions, while maintaining open and collaborative communication with parents regarding progress, observations, and routines.
