A kind, reliable, and experienced full-time nanny is sought for a welcoming family in Redding, California, to care for three school-age children. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a nanny who enjoys supporting children’s learning, routines, and independence in a structured yet nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
The nanny will be responsible for day-to-day care and support of the children, including:
School pick-ups and drop-offs
Helping with homework and reading
Planning and supervising structured play and activities
Preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks for the children
Light tidying of common areas used by the children
Managing children’s laundry
Supporting healthy routines at home, including after-school and evening schedules
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience caring for school-age children
Clean driving record and confidence transporting children
Reliable, punctual, and well organised
Warm, patient, and proactive approach to childcare
Ability to manage multiple children and daily schedules effectively
