We are looking for a nanny, part-time, Monday-Wednesday 8-6 (with occasional babysitting if of interest). Based in Queen’s Park/Kensal Rise. We have a 4 year old boy and a baby girl who will be 11 months in January when the role starts. British/Swedish family.
Nanny duties include getting our son ready for school and take him to school, pick him up and take him to after school activities. The school is a five minute walk from our house. For our daughter, duties would include creating fun and engaging activities, organising stimulating and age-appropriate games and activities, attending classes, taking her outside and cooking/preparing lunches and snacks. You will also be preparing dinner for both children and being responsible for keeping the childrens’ rooms tidy and their laundry (but please note we also have a cleaner so no cleaning duties).
We are easy-going and relaxed people and want to find someone who can feel part of the family.
It goes without saying – but having seen posts from nannies in this group about employers being shady about this – we would of course be employing the nanny properly and use a third party service provide to ensure all taxes/NI/pension are paid.
Salary to be discussed. Note we are only looking for candidates who have previous nanny experience with babies. Swedish speaking is a plus! Start date January 2023
