Full-Time Nanny – Queen’s Park, London
A professional family based in Queen’s Park is seeking a qualified, experienced nanny to provide attentive and nurturing care for their two children: a 4-year-old and a newborn. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated childcare professional to join a supportive household and play a key role in the early development and daily routines of the children.
Key Responsibilities
Childcare & Daily Routines
- Provide attentive, safe, and nurturing care for both children
- Support developmentally appropriate routines for the 4-year-old and newborn
- Engage the 4-year-old in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
- Attend to feeding, changing, and sleep schedules for the newborn
- Encourage learning, play, and social development for both children
Household Support Related to Children
- Organize and maintain children’s belongings, including clothing, toys, and nursery areas
- Prepare and serve meals or snacks for the children as needed
- Maintain tidy, organized spaces in areas used by the children
Communication & Collaboration
- Provide daily updates to parents on activities, milestones, and overall well-being
- Work collaboratively with any additional household staff to ensure consistency in routines
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience caring for children, including newborns
- Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate practices
- Professional, reliable, and organized
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain discretion
- Relevant childcare qualifications preferred (e.g., CACHE, NVQ Level 3 in Childcare)
Working Hours: 4 days per week, 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: £50,000 gross per annum
