A Finnish and English speaking family living in Monaco are looking for a professional nanny to help care for their son who will be 13months in early July. The family are looking for a native-level English speaker (or native Finnish speaker with English fluency!) They require a person who is motivated and independent while also open to taking direction and able to adapt to their family. There will be occasional traveling involved (a few trips abroad and some local traveling).
Ideally, this is a live-out full-time position although the family do have an extra room and bathroom available if the candidate is an exceptional fit and accommodation is needed. The family have a dog so you must not be allergic. The salary offered is 3500 Euros per month working 8am -6pm , 5 days per week Tuesday-Saturday, plus occasional evenings so the parents can go out to dinner.
The family travel 1-2 times per year to Finland for about two weeks at a time and 1-2 x to the US for two weeks. In addition they take a trip every month or two more locally usually no more than 3-4days. The family will always try to ensure you have your own room when travelling as they feel it is important for everyone to have their own space.
The ideal candidate would be someone who can cook and is familiar with weaning. Driving is preferred but not a requirement. The family employ a housekeeper and so the only cleaning would be for the infant and his belongings. The family are looking for a person who is relaxed and can follow a Montessori way of caring for their son ideally. They hope to have more children in the future and so would like a nanny to be able to stay long term. Ref: FAN30622
