A family in Presidio Heights, California is seeking an experienced full-time nanny to care for their three children, ages 10, 8, and 2. The ideal candidate will be confident working in a collaborative household environment, supporting Mom while also taking initiative and managing day-to-day responsibilities independently. This role requires someone experienced with multiple children across different age groups and comfortable balancing varying developmental needs within a structured, busy household.
The position involves a mix of childcare, scheduling, and household support, including school drop-offs and pick-ups, transporting children to activities in a nanny-provided vehicle, and organizing engaging, age-appropriate activities and outings. The nanny will support the toddler’s routines and milestones while also assisting with homework, encouraging independence, and maintaining consistent structure for the older children. Additional responsibilities include preparing healthy meals and snacks, managing child-related laundry, organizing children’s spaces, and keeping daily routines running smoothly.
This is a live-out Monday–Friday position, offering $40–$45 per hour plus benefits.
Domestic and international travel with the family will be required as needed. This is a long-term role suited to a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced household and enjoys working with children of different ages.
Requirements:
• Prior experience caring for toddlers and school-aged children
• Experience in private homes; UHNW/high-profile household experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with a warm, professional, and proactive approach
• Comfortable working closely with parents while taking independent initiative
• Clean driving record and strong driving experience
• Passport-ready and willing to travel domestically and internationally
• Must be currently based in the San Francisco / Bay Area (local candidates only)
• Long-term commitment and flexibility with scheduling needs
