Live-In Nanny Job in Potomac, MD
A warm and welcoming family in Potomac, Maryland is seeking an experienced, reliable live-in nanny to care for their three children, ages 4, 2, and a newborn. This is a full-time position ideal for a nurturing and organized professional who is confident managing multiple young children and supporting a structured household routine.
The nanny will play a key role in managing morning routines, school logistics, infant care, and engaging age-appropriate activities, while also handling child-related household responsibilities.
The family provides a dedicated private living space on a separate floor, including a bedroom, bathroom, living area, and kitchenette.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage morning routines, including breakfast and school preparation
School drop-offs and pick-ups
Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities for preschool and toddler development
Support newborn care, including bottle preparation and washing
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
Assist with nap routines and maintain consistent daily schedules
Children’s laundry and organization of clothing and supplies
Organize play spaces and maintain tidy child-related areas
Load and unload the dishwasher
Run child-related errands and assist with general tidying and organization
Safely supervise children near the neighborhood pool
Requirements:
Proven experience caring for infants and multiple young children
Safe, reliable driver with a valid driver’s license
Comfortable supervising children around water
Organized, proactive, and dependable
Warm, patient, and engaging personality
Strong references

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $30 per hour
