Days: Monday – Friday – Flexible to do 6 days as needed required

Salary: €55,000 – €70,000
Location: USA & Germany with extensive worldwide travel

We are recruiting for a switched on and highly organised Nanny / PA to work for a family based between the USA and Germany with extensive worldwide travel.
This is a permanent full-time role caring for a boy of 8 years. As there will be extensive travel between residences and a lot of international business travel, the Nanny / PA will be expected to travel extensively for planned or late notice and trips. As such, they need a Nanny/ PA who is very flexible, adaptable, organised and proactive.
The hours of work are 7am – 7pm, Monday – Friday, however the schedule may change depending on the family’s location so a degree of flexibility is required as some week’s you will be required to work 6 days.
The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years experience working as a Nanny/PA caring for similar aged children, be flexible to travel and be educationally focused.

Duties and responsibilities;
Responsible for the care, wellbeing and development of the child
Maintaining the child’s routine
Escorting the child on trips and outings
Planning and leading educational activities and assisting with homework as necessary
Keeping track of all school related matters – parents evenings, trips, activities and so on
Maintaining the child’s timetables (following routines, planning activities, etc)
Packing/unpacking the child’s bags for school, extracurricular activities, and organised trips
Packing/unpacking for travel overseas
Arranging appointments and keeping up to date records at all times (e.g. Medical appointments and vaccinations, haircuts, extracurricular activities)
International travel with the family
Participating with the child in games and sports
Organise schedules, research, plan and book in activities
Work closely with other EA’s & PA’s on diary management
Ad hoc errands and admin
To be considered for this role you must;
Be eligible to work in the USA & Europe
Have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Nanny/PA caring for similar aged children
Have excellent contactable references
Possess (or be willing to get) an up to date DBS / Police check
Be fluent in English Language and business level written English
