A family in Poland, Maine is looking for a thoughtful and hands-on nanny to care for their toddler and become part of a relaxed, nature-focused home environment. They’re hoping to find someone who enjoys being outdoors and will naturally encourage plenty of fresh air, play, and exploration, while also supporting day-to-day routines and early development. The role includes engaging the child in play-based, age-appropriate activities, helping with milestones like potty training, and creating a calm, consistent rhythm to the day. Alongside childcare, you’ll help keep things tidy in shared and child-related spaces, prepare simple meals for the child, and occasionally lend a hand with light family support. The parents are very collaborative and value open communication, so someone flexible and team-oriented would fit in well. Occasional travel may be involved. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm. Salary starts at $60,000+ per year.
