A family based in Pimlico is seeking a confident and experienced bilingual nanny to care for their baby girl on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, warm, and capable of balancing a firm but fun approach, with a strong understanding of baby routines, sleep schedules, and early developmental milestones. The family is looking for someone who is a true team player and comfortable working closely with parents to maintain consistency, structure, and a nurturing environment.
This role will involve full nursery duties, including maintaining daily routines, supporting development through age-appropriate interaction, and ensuring the baby’s environment is safe, calm, and stimulating. The nanny will also be responsible for preparing healthy meals for the child, with additional family cooking considered a bonus. A key part of the role is reinforcing gentle boundaries while encouraging positive development and emotional security through attentive, engaging care.
Requirements:
Fluent in Portuguese, French, or Italian (must have)
Strong experience caring for babies
Confident with infant routines, sleep, and development
Organised, reliable, and proactive
Firm but warm and engaging approach with children
Comfortable with full nursery duties
Ability to prepare healthy meals for a child (family cooking a bonus)
Strong teamwork and communication with parents
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM
Compensation: £17 net per hour
