A professional family in The Peninsula, CA is seeking a confident, energetic, and experienced ROTA Nanny to care for their three children, aged 13, 11, and 8. This role is ideal for a caregiver who thrives in a structured, hands-on environment, enjoys teamwork, and is passionate about supporting school-aged children’s development and daily routines.
The position follows a 7-days-on / 7-days-off schedule, offering both intensive engagement and extended time off. The family travels regularly, and the nanny will accompany them as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, high-quality care for three school-aged children (13, 11, 8)

Support daily routines, including school preparation, homework supervision, extracurricular activities, and play

Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities to encourage learning, social development, and creativity

Collaborate with household staff and parents to maintain a structured, team-oriented environment

Travel with the family, adapting care routines while on the move

Ensure safety, wellbeing, and emotional support for all children
Candidate Requirements
