A lovely family based in Parsons Green is looking for a warm, experienced full-time nanny to care for their happy 1-year-old child. This is a long-term position for someone who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers and takes pride in creating a calm, nurturing environment where a child can thrive. The role will involve full responsibility for all nursery duties and the child’s day-to-day care, with a strong focus on supporting developmental milestones, routine, and learning through play. The ideal candidate will be confident planning stimulating activities, encouraging language and social development, and keeping the child active and curious throughout the day. The family values someone kind, organised, and attentive, who can bring a positive energy to the home while maintaining a smooth and consistent routine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing attentive day-to-day care for a 1-year-old child
- Managing naps, meals, feeding routines, and bedtime preparation
- Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities and outings
- Supporting developmental milestones through play and interaction
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Handling all nursery duties including laundry, tidying play areas, and organising the child’s belongings
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the child
- Maintaining routines and helping encourage healthy habits and boundaries
The family is open to both live-in and live-out candidates, with working hours Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 7:30pm. They are hoping to find someone reliable, engaging, and naturally proactive, a nanny who becomes a trusted part of daily family life.
