A family in Parsons Green, London, is looking for an experienced Finnish-speaking nanny to care for their baby girl. The role is focused on providing attentive, nurturing one-to-one care while supporting the baby’s development and establishing a happy, consistent daily routine. The nanny will take responsibility for all aspects of the baby’s care, including bottles and meals as appropriate, naps, changing, dressing, bathing, and keeping the nursery and baby areas tidy and organised. Age-appropriate play will be an important part of the day, with books, music, sensory activities, tummy time, and outdoor walks helping to support her development as she reaches new milestones. The family would like the nanny to speak Finnish with the baby throughout the day, creating a natural Finnish-speaking environment and helping her develop a strong connection with the language from an early age. The nanny should be confident caring for a young baby and able to recognise and respond to her changing needs as she grows. Good communication with the parents is important, particularly when sharing updates about the baby’s routine, development, sleep, feeding, and general wellbeing. This is a Monday to Friday position, working from 8:00am to 5:30pm. The salary is £55,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
