Palo Alto, CA – Our Bay Area client is seeking an experienced and nurturing Spanish-speaking nanny to join their fully staffed household. The ideal candidate will have a background in formal/traditional home settings, a structured yet compassionate approach to childcare, and a strong understanding of early childhood learning and development milestones. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working within a team, maintaining a daily schedule for the kids, and fostering a positive and dynamic environment for children to grow and learn. This full-time position includes travel and offers a competitive hourly rate (DOE) plus overtime, benefits, and a bonus. The schedule will be 4–5 days per week (12 hour days).
