A high-profile family in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida is seeking a long-term, career rotational nanny to join a structured household care team supporting a 16-month-old child. This role is ideal for an experienced, collaborative, and adaptable professional who thrives within an established household system and rotational schedule.
The rotational nanny will work closely with the Lead Nanny to ensure seamless care, maintaining structured routines and supporting the child’s development, engagement, and safety. The position requires flexibility, travel readiness, and a high degree of discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for a 16-month-old child
Maintain structured routines and smooth transitions throughout the day
Work in close partnership with the Lead Nanny to ensure continuity of care
Follow established household systems, protocols, and care guidelines
Provide clear, detailed handoff notes during shift transitions
Support age-appropriate activities, planning, and enrichment
Travel domestically and internationally with the family as required
Requirements:
Extensive professional nanny experience (minimum 5+ years preferred)
Prior experience in private or high-profile households strongly preferred
Verifiable professional references
Florida or New York residency required (within approximately 3 hours of Palm Beach or NYC)
Passport-ready and comfortable with frequent travel
Must know how to swim and supervise children safely in and around water
Valid driver’s license and confident driving with children
High level of discretion; NDA required
Flexible and fully committed to a rotational schedule
Ability to follow established routines and take direction within an existing household structure
Comfortable receiving constructive feedback to ensure consistency and continuity of care
Schedule & Compensation:
Rotational schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Pay up to $100,000 per year
