An energetic and athletic UHNW family is seeking a dynamic Manny to join their household and support the active lifestyle and development of their children. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for sports and child development, who enjoys being a mentor and positive role model. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in high-energy physical activities and sports with the children, both indoors and outdoors.
Encourage healthy routines, sportsmanship, and confidence-building through athletic play and movement-based learning.
Plan and facilitate age-appropriate recreational activities including games, crafts, and educational outings.
Establish and maintain structured daily routines (meals, naps, activities) that align with the family’s parenting approach.
Foster a supportive environment that promotes independence, kindness, and personal growth.
Travel with the family domestically and internationally, providing full-time childcare support as needed.
Work closely with other household staff to ensure a coordinated and harmonious home environment.
Maintain excellent communication with parents regarding milestones, activities, and behavior.
Provide occasional overnight care and remain flexible to the family’s changing needs and schedule.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of full-time, hands-on childcare experience in UHNW or high-profile households.
MUST be able to work well on a team.
Background in sports, coaching, physical education, or active mentoring is strongly preferred.
Strong role model qualities with the ability to balance fun, discipline, and emotional intelligence.
Confident swimmer and comfortable engaging in a range of physical and outdoor activities.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented and discreet.
CPR and First Aid certified.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record; passport-ready for travel.
Energetic, positive, and grounded personality with a commitment to child safety and development.
