A wonderful family living in the Pacific Palisades is looking for a full-time live-in nanny for their 2 elementary aged children. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, with hours to be discussed. This would be a live-in position with a private guest room on property. The family does travel when the children are on school break and need the candidate to have the ability to travel with them both domestically and internationally. The start date for this position is ideally as soon as possible.
Responsibilities will include caring for the two children and creating age-appropriate activities for both children to stay active and reach their current milestones. Someone who is willing to get on the children’s level, assist them with school work, and be an extra hand in the home is ideal. The ideal candidate is someone who is flexible, adaptable, dedicated, and works well on a team with other staff members. It’s important that the nanny be kind, calm, easy-going, and loving; a “go-with-the-flow” mentality is best.
Travel is an important part of this role- the family travels several times throughout the year and they are looking for a nanny who is able and willing to join them. Candidates must have a valid passport, as some of the travel is international. This position requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to swim. A COVID vaccination and Trustline Certification is required for this role as well. The family might be willing to provide relocation assistance for the right candidate, but prefer to find a local candidate.
