A high-profile family in Oklahoma City is seeking a full-time, experienced nanny to care for their 2-year-old daughter. This is a live-out position based in Oklahoma City, with regular travel required throughout the year (housing provided while traveling). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood development and a genuine passion for supporting toddlers through key developmental stages in a calm, structured, and engaging environment.
This role is focused on developmentally appropriate care, including supporting age-appropriate milestones, maintaining consistent daily routines, and encouraging early learning through play. The nanny will plan and lead engaging activities, outings, and experiences that promote curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth. Responsibilities also include light meal preparation for the child and maintaining organization of all child-related spaces, including clothing, toys, and supplies.
Flexibility is essential, as the schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with additional overtime expected during travel periods. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a professional nanny or childcare provider, ideally with toddlers (2–4 years old)
Strong understanding of child development and developmental milestones
Experience creating and leading age-appropriate educational activities and play
Highly flexible and comfortable with domestic and/or international travel
Ability to maintain structured daily routines in a home environment
Strong organizational skills (child’s spaces, clothing, toys, supplies)
Light meal prep experience for young children
Reliable, professional, and able to commit to a full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/week)
Willingness to work overtime during travel periods
Based in or able to commute to Oklahoma City (live-out position)
