Full-Time Infant Nanny – Oak Hill (Nashville, TN)
First-time parents in Oak Hill are seeking an experienced, nurturing full-time nanny to care for their infant, who will be approximately 2 months old at the start of employment in May. This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable infant-care professional who understands newborn routines, early developmental milestones, and the importance of creating a calm, structured, and loving environment. The ideal candidate is patient, proactive, and confident guiding first-time parents through the early stages of infancy.
Responsibilities include full infant care such as feeding support, washing and sterilizing bottles, diapering, soothing, and managing sleep routines. The nanny will monitor developmental milestones, maintain consistent daily routines, handle baby laundry, keep nursery and baby areas stocked and organized, and ensure a safe, clean environment at all times. Strong daily communication with parents is essential, including updates on feeding, sleep, and development. Flexibility is key, as the schedule may vary week to week, and occasional travel and overnight support will be required (though not for extended periods).
The schedule is Monday through Friday with 40 guaranteed hours per week. The family offers a competitive rate of $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience.
