Full-Time Nanny Job in Notting Hill, London
A family in Notting Hill, London is seeking an experienced, proactive nanny to care for their two young children, aged 2.5 years and 8 months. Both parents work full-time in professional roles and are looking for a dedicated nanny who can provide sole-charge care during working hours, maintain structured daily routines, and confidently support the children’s developmental milestones.
The ideal candidate will be nurturing, organized, and knowledgeable about early years development. Experience in teaching or a nursery setting is highly beneficial. The nanny will plan engaging activities, support learning and development, and manage child-related household tasks to create a stimulating and well-organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide sole-charge care for two children aged 2.5 years and 8 months

Plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate activities, including toddler and baby classes, park visits, museum trips, sensory play, and outdoor exploration

Support learning and development, encouraging milestones, language skills, independence, and social abilities

Maintain consistent daily routines, including feeding, naps, and transitions

Prepare and cook healthy meals and snacks for the children

Manage child-related housekeeping, including children’s laundry, toy rotation, wardrobe organization, preparing bags, and light child-related admin

Apply strong knowledge of early years development and milestones to all aspects of care
Requirements:

Experience in early childhood care; teaching or nursery background preferred

Sole-charge experience with infants and toddlers

Strong organizational and communication skills
Schedule & Compensation:

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

£55,000–£65,000 gross per annum
