A HNW family based in Notting Hill is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking Rota Nanny to care for their two boys, aged 11 months and 5 years. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, organised nanny who enjoys managing the different rhythms of both a toddler and a school-aged child. The family is looking for someone calm, proactive, and genuinely engaged with children — someone who can create structure while also bringing fun, creativity, and warmth into the home.
The role will involve managing the younger child’s feeding, naps, developmental play, and daily routines, while also supporting the older child with school schedules, homework, and extracurricular activities. The ideal candidate will naturally encourage bilingual language development through conversation and play, while planning engaging outings and activities that support learning and confidence. A confident driver with a clean licence is essential, as school runs and transporting the children to activities will form part of the role. This is a live-in position while on duty only, working a 1 week on / 1 week off rota schedule from 7:00am–8:00pm, offering a salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, development-focused care for two boys aged 11 months and 5 years
Manage daily routines including feeding, naps, school preparation, bath time, and bedtime
Support bilingual Spanish language development through everyday interaction and play
Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities, outings, and educational play
Assist the older child with homework and extracurricular schedules
Handle school drop-offs, pick-ups, and transport to activities
Maintain a nurturing, stimulating, and organised environment for both children
Carry out nursery duties including children’s laundry and organisation of bedrooms and play areas
Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and emotional development
Work closely with parents to maintain consistency in routines and childcare approach

Rota schedule: 1 week on / 1 week off
Hours: 7:00am–8:00pm while on duty
Live-in accommodation provided during working week only
