A family in North Royalton, Ohio is seeking an experienced, dependable full-time nanny to care for their two children, ages 1 and 5. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurturing and organized caregiver who enjoys working with both toddlers and school-aged children.
The ideal candidate will be engaging, proactive, and confident managing daily routines while supporting early childhood development in a warm and structured home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, safety-focused care for a 1-year-old and 5-year-old
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for both children
Support developmental milestones for the toddler
Assist with school routines and after-school care for the older child
Prepare healthy meals and snacks
Maintain children’s daily schedules, including naps and playtime
Keep children’s areas tidy and organized
Encourage positive behavior and independence
Communicate regularly with parents regarding updates and needs
Requirements:
Experience caring for toddlers and school-aged children
Strong understanding of early childhood development
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Valid driver’s license preferred
Excellent professional references
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
Pay up to $30 per hour
