A family in Nicosia, Cyprus is looking for a warm, experienced French-speaking nanny and teacher to care for their 9-year-old daughter while creating a natural French-speaking environment within the family’s daily life. The role is ideal for a French teacher, primary school teacher, governess, or nanny with strong teaching experience who enjoys combining childcare with language education. Alongside the usual nanny responsibilities, you will provide daily individual French lessons to both the daughter and her mother, helping them develop their confidence and fluency through structured tuition as well as everyday conversation.
A full driving licence and confident driving experience are essential, as the position includes school runs, transportation to extracurricular activities, playdates, and other local activities. The successful candidate should be caring, reliable, organised, engaging with children, and genuinely passionate about the French language and education.
