A busy and welcoming family in Newport, RI is seeking a full-time nanny to provide comprehensive care for their three children, ages 5, 3, and 2. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, organized, and proactive nanny who is confident managing multiple children and supporting an active household. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, and comfortable balancing hands-on childcare with household organization and family assistance.
Responsibilities include full child care, preparing breakfast, packing school lunches, and plating dinner; driving the children to and from school, parties, and extracurricular activities; and maintaining children’s spaces, including play areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Duties also include children’s laundry, ironing, dishes, and tidying throughout the day. The nanny will assist with organization and restocking household items and food, help plan and decorate for parties, run errands such as groceries and returns, and travel with the family on domestic and international trips, including packing children’s luggage.
The schedule is Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional later evenings, weekends, and travel.
Compensation is $27–$33 per hour, depending on experience.
