A loving family in Corona Del Mar is looking for an attentive and experienced NCS team to help care for their newborn baby who is due in November. They are eager to work with someone who can guide them through all aspects of infant care and education such as feeding schedules, and developmental milestones, helping establish daily and nightly routines, and sleep training. At least one of the parents will be working from inside the home. Please be comfortable with pets as the family has a golden retriever.
Their ideal candidates are attentive, caring, trustworthy, patient, and outstanding with communication. An NCS team who has a positive attitude is helpful with all baby-related tasks, and is punctual will fit right in. Candidates that are highly proactive, take initiative, and are flexible would enjoy this role. The family is excited to work alongside and learn from an NCS team that is highly experienced and excited to offer exceptional knowledge in all phases of newborn care for these first-time parents. The family would love an NCS team that is highly detail-oriented and organized when it comes to logging and keeping track of their child’s nightly routine and schedule. A college degree is not required for the position.
The NCS will be responsible for guiding parents, cleaning up baby-related items, washing baby clothes, sterilizing bottles, and cleaning baby-related items. The schedule for this position will be 24/7 for 7 days a week for 6 months. This role is paying $45+/hour. No travel will be required for this position. The family has a private bedroom and bathroom for the NCS team to use while working.
