Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver exceptional childcare based on Norland principles, including emotional support, structured routines, and developmentally appropriate activities.
– Plan and implement educational and enrichment activities to promote cognitive, physical, and social development.
– Supervise daily routines including meals, hygiene, rest, and play, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
– Coordinate and communicate regularly with parents regarding the children’s progress and daily needs.
– Support household staff as needed in a collaborative and professional manner.

Schedule:
