A wonderful family on the Upper West Side of New York City is seeking a professional, full-time nanny to care for their newborn and two school-aged children. This is a Monday–Friday position ideal for a knowledgeable and experienced nanny who understands all stages of infant and early childhood development.
The family is looking for someone confident in newborn care, highly organized, and comfortable following clear direction, as mom has established routines and preferences. Reliability, flexibility, and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing attentive care for a newborn, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and supporting naps

Demonstrating strong knowledge of infant and toddler developmental milestones

Preparing homemade baby food and supporting feeding transitions

Sanitizing bottles, toys, and feeding equipment

Managing children’s laundry

Maintaining clean and organized nursery and children’s spaces

Assisting with before- and after-school routines for school-aged children

Supporting age-appropriate activities and routines

Following household systems and parental guidance closely
Travel & Schedule:

Monday–Friday

8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

The family travels frequently but does not require the nanny to travel

Advance notice will always be provided during family travel, allowing the nanny to plan personal time or vacations accordingly
Requirements:

Extensive newborn experience

Strong understanding of baby and toddler developmental stages

Experience preparing baby food

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable taking direction and working collaboratively with parents

Compensation: $35–$40 per hour (based on experience)
