A celebrity family in New York City is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly discreet nanny to provide dedicated care for one toddler. This is a long-term, full-time position within a fully staffed household, ideal for a polished caregiver who is developmentally minded, medically attentive, proactive, and accustomed to operating with complete confidentiality in private home environments.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive toddler experience, strong knowledge of early childhood development, and the ability to seamlessly collaborate with parents and household staff. Absolute discretion and professionalism are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, nurturing, and safety-focused care for one toddler

Plan and implement age-appropriate developmental activities, outings, and enrichment

Maintain consistent daily routines including meals, naps, and sleep support

Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child

Administer and accurately document prescribed medications as directed

Understand and appropriately apply medical terminology and physician or specialist instructions

Monitor the child’s health and proactively communicate observations or concerns

Manage all child-related organization including clothing, toys, nursery upkeep, and supplies

Coordinate schedules, classes, appointments, and playdates

Drive the child to activities and appointments as needed

Travel domestically and internationally with the family when requested

Collaborate seamlessly with parents and household staff

Maintain absolute discretion and respect for the family’s privacy at all times
Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of professional nanny experience with toddlers

Prior experience in private homes or UHNW/high-profile households strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of early childhood development

NYC-based residence required

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Passport ready and comfortable with domestic and international travel
