We are working with first-time parents in New York City that are looking to hire a full-time and live out who is fluent in Spanish to help with their four month old baby! The family lives downtown and do spend the summer in the Hamptons so some live in will be needed and occasional overnights when in Manhattan. Mom works from home mostly but is in and out and hands on with the baby. They had an NCS for the four months and are now looking to transition to a full-time nanny. Must be fluent in Spanish and able to communicate in English. They want the Nanny to speak in Spanish to the baby. They are looking for a nanny with a minimum of five years experience working with newborns, fluent in Spanish and English, an excellent communicator with Mom, happy to help with household needs and all baby needs keeping the house tidy and just helping Mom with what is needed. They do have a housekeeper that comes daily for the general housekeeping. Able to live in over the summers Monday through Friday 40 to 45 hours per week flexible on the schedule either 8 to 5 or 9 to 6 with overtime pay after 40 hours and open to providing a stipend towards health benefits. The family offers $40 per hour, they are looking for someone who puts safety first, excellent communicator, takes direction well and works as a team with Mom. They are looking for someone who is loving, caring, understands, working with babies, and looking for a long-term position with the family. They do take trips, maybe two other times per year and again spend summers away so some live in will be required over the summer. And an occasional overnight during the week if parents are working or out. an overnight pay will be provided.
