Family in Flatiron are looking for a full-time nanny to care for their two children, a 6-year-old boy and a 3-year-old girl, with a new baby arriving next spring.
Responsibilities
• Provide loving, developmentally appropriate care for three children including infant care next summer after a short night nurse period
• Manage school drop-offs and pick-ups using subway, bus, or Uber
• Keep children’s laundry, bedrooms, and play areas tidy and organized
• Prepare and cook simple meals for the children; create grocery lists for kids’ needs
• Encourage positive routines, good manners, and gentle but firm structure
• Collaborate with parents and stay on top of schedules and household calendars
• Occasionally join the family in the Hamptons live-in during August or at their Bedford NY home
Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 45–50 hours per week
Salary: 30 to 35 dollars/hour DOE
