A family in Needham is seeking a full-time nanny to provide attentive, nurturing, and engaging care for their toddler, supporting social, emotional, and developmental growth while managing daily routines.
Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate outings, library visits, and playgroup activities, spending ample time outdoors and exploring the community, preparing meals and snacks, tidying the kitchen after meals, managing children’s laundry, rotating seasonal clothing, and maintaining light home organization related to the child.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and experienced in toddler care, with a reliable personal vehicle for commuting and outings (driveway parking available).
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–5:30 PM.
Compensation: $74,000–$86,000 per year.
