A family in Nashville, TN is looking for an experienced, highly organized Nanny to care for four children ranging in age from newborn to six years old. Responsibilities include full childcare duties, maintaining consistent daily routines and schedules, preparing healthy meals and snacks, and handling children’s laundry. The nanny will also provide light housekeeping related to the children, drive them to activities, manage their calendars and schedules, oversee child-related household projects, and coordinate with additional household staff to ensure smooth daily operations. A proactive, organized approach is essential, along with the ability to create structure, consistency, and a nurturing environment for the children.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with flexibility required for both domestic and international travel. The role can be live-in or live-out depending on the candidate’s preference and offers $100,000–$125,000 per year DOE.
