A high profile family based in Munich is looking for an experienced rota nanny to join their household on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule. This is a busy and rewarding role caring for four children aged 2 to 8, with a strong focus on the youngest child during school hours. The family is looking for someone warm, organised, and proactive who can balance nurturing care with structure and routine. You’ll be working alongside other household staff, but your focus will remain entirely on the children — supporting their daily lives, activities, and development in a calm and consistent way.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing full nursery and childcare duties for four children aged 2–8
Primary care of the youngest child (aged 2) during school hours
Managing school runs and coordinating after-school activities
Driving children to activities, appointments, and outings (confident driver required)
Supporting individual interests including horse riding, sport, and outdoor activities
Planning engaging, age-appropriate routines and play
Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
Maintaining structure, consistency, and a nurturing environment
Travelling with the family during school holidays as required
Working collaboratively within a fully staffed household
The role requires a confident driver with EU passport / right to work, and someone who is comfortable working within a structured, high-standard home environment. The family travels frequently during school holidays, so flexibility and a positive, travel-ready attitude are essential.
Salary is €70,000–€80,000 per year depending on experience.
