Seeking a pro-active, educated and very experienced career nanny for a 2 year old boy. This would be a full-time, live-in, 6 day a week role with approximate daily hours of 8am – 8pm Monday – Saturday (with flexibility needed when travelling). The family are based in Mumbai, India, starting at the beginning of the year with constant travel.
Assume that this position will be a mix of sole charge and shared care with mum and other nannies, but the primary responsibility will be with the nanny. The home is fully staffed, so responsibilities will very much be around the direct care for the child: keeping him safe and secure, taking him to fun activities, engaging him at an age-appropriate level, meal prep and planning, general scheduling, child-related errands, and bath and bedtime routines among other things.
The ideal candidate has plenty of prior experience with similar aged children and is a fantastic team player who can also take the lead when necessary, is discreet, professional, polished and friendly and has prior experience in a high-profile, busy and multi-generational household.
The accommodation for the nanny will be a private bedroom and bathroom off-site. Car will be available for duties and sole use. The household is fully staffed, and the family will employ other nannies, household staff and drivers. Holiday travel will be required, and destinations include the family homes within India, UK & US. 30 days annual leave per year including bank holidays. Family will fund and support any working visas required for the nanny.
