An experienced French Nanny Teacher is sought to care for and educate a 2-year-old child in Mumbai, India. The family is looking for someone who can introduce French naturally through play, conversation, songs, stories, and everyday routines, helping the child develop confidence in the language from an early age. This role is ideal for a childcare professional with a strong educational approach who enjoys supporting early childhood development in a fun, engaging, and nurturing way.
The successful candidate will combine exceptional childcare with early years education, planning stimulating, age-appropriate activities that encourage language acquisition, creativity, curiosity, and independence. The role focuses on supporting the child’s cognitive, social, emotional, and developmental milestones through play-based learning and meaningful daily interactions. The French Nanny Teacher will work in a fully staffed household and will be able to focus entirely on the child’s care and educational progress. Extensive international travel is required, so the ideal candidate will be flexible, organised, and enjoy travelling with the family.
This is a live-in position, with a private bedroom and bathroom provided. The schedule is flexible and can be arranged over 5 or 6 days per week, with 10–12 working hours per day. The family is offering a starting salary of £1,000 net per week.
