Full-time French-speaking Governess required for G5 & B4, located in Moscow & Sochi, £900 – £1100 per week, Start ASAP
A Russian family is seeking a caring, kind, professional and experienced French-speaking Governess for their children G5 & B4 to assist in their learning and development.
As a Governess, you will work with the children daily to immerse them in the French language through structured and planned games, activities, and play. You will be responsible for meeting the daily needs of the children with routines and offer learning at every opportunity. The children and planning to enter school so the focus should be made on preparation for this (Reading, writing, counting and communication skills).
The children already have experience of learning the French language with French native speakers. Their native language is Russian, they are also learning English, Chinese & Italian languages. A full team of teachers are in place to support the children’s development, including, English, Chinese and Italian – speaking Governesses/teachers.
The ideal candidate will have relevant childcare qualifications and/or teaching qualifications, with previous experience of working with young children in private households. A solid understanding of early years and primary education is required.
The working schedule will be 5.5 days on / 1.5 days off, approximately 6-8 hours per day depending on the schedules of the children, FLEXIBILITY is required. The exact working hours will depend on the children’s schedule. Rota schedule is also negotiable for the right candidate.
The family is travelling between Moscow (Barvikha area) and Sochi. In Moscow the family will cover taxi costs from Kuntsevskaya metro station, it is possible to discuss accommodation allowance for the candidates who are not currently in Moscow. In Sochi, the family offers a separate room in a luxury hotel, where all the teachers supporting the children will reside with the family. The candidate will have access to the facilities and be on a full board basis, with all meals provided.
The salary on offer is £900 – £1100 per week and is negotiable depending on the skills and qualifications of the candidate.
