Family in Montecito is seeking to hire night care for their 2nd baby coming November 2025. They are looking to hire two people to provide 7 day coverage.
Schedule would be 4 day on/3 day off schedule and this would be a 6-month contract.
Duties include: assisting Mom at night with bottle feedings (she plans to pump/use formula and use the bottle), sleep train when needed, assist with diaper changes and baby’s needs at night, journaling for parents at night, and helping with any other nightly expected NCS duties.
Travel March 2026 to Ireland may be needed.
Hourly rate being offered is $45-$50/hr.
