ROTA Nanny – UHNW Family, Monaco
A UHNW family in Monaco is seeking an experienced ROTA Nanny to provide exceptional care for their newborn baby. The role offers a unique opportunity to work in a highly professional, well-staffed household, supporting a baby’s development while traveling internationally.
The ideal candidate is a true team player with previous ROTA nanny experience, particularly with infants, and a strong understanding of UHNW household expectations. The family values someone positive, flexible, and relaxed, able to adapt to changing schedules, travel, and household routines.
Key Responsibilities
Provide full-time care for a newborn, including feeding, settling, and sleep routines
Support developmental milestones and age-appropriate stimulation
Maintain consistent routines in line with parents’ guidance
Collaborate effectively with parents and household staff
Travel with the family, ensuring continuity of care
Keep the baby’s areas clean, organised, and well-maintained
Support the family during transitions, travel, and varying schedules
Working Hours / Schedule
ROTA schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
24-hour cover during duty weeks (with flexibility)
Family divides time between Monaco and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat (approx. 3 days each)
Extended stays in South Africa during winter
Ideal Candidate
Previous ROTA nanny experience, particularly with newborns
Confident in working within UHNW households
Fluent or native-level English (essential)
EU passport holder
Valid driver’s licence (mandatory)
Positive, flexible, and calm under pressure
Professional, discreet, and collaborative
