A family based in Monaco is looking for an experienced Night Maternity Nurse / Infant Nanny for their newborn baby boy.
For the first 6 months, this will be a night maternity nurse position. The successful candidate will work 6–7 nights per week, providing overnight care for the newborn and allowing the parents to rest.
Duties will include all aspects of overnight newborn care, including:
Night feeds
Bottle preparation and feeding
Nappy changes
Settling and soothing the baby
Helping establish a good sleep routine
Monitoring the baby throughout the night
Keeping the nursery and baby’s nighttime areas clean and organised
Supporting the parents with the baby’s nighttime routine
The candidate should be fully confident and experienced in caring for a newborn baby overnight and independently.
After completing the initial 6-month night maternity nurse contract, the position is expected to transition into a full-time live-in Infant Nanny role.
At that point, the salary, working hours, duties, and schedule will be discussed and agreed upon with the family.
This is intended to be a long-term position for the right candidate.
REQUIREMENTS
Extensive experience working with newborn babies
Previous experience as a Maternity Nurse / Night Nanny / Infant Nanny
Strong newborn-care and night-care experience
Russian speaker — essential
Available to work 6–7 nights per week during the first 6 months
EU citizenship or legal eligibility to work in Monaco — mandatory
2–3 verifiable professional references — mandatory
Professional, discreet, reliable, warm, and nurturing
Must be able to commit to the initial 6-month contract and ideally continue with the family long-term
