A private family in Monaco is looking for an experienced Italian-speaking Live-in nanny to care for a toddler and newborn. This is a hands-on role for a warm, reliable nanny who genuinely enjoys working with babies and toddlers and is confident managing the changing routines and needs of two young children. The nanny will support daily sleep and feeding schedules, plan age-appropriate activities, encourage the children’s development and milestones, and take them out for suitable activities and outings. The role also includes preparing simple meals and snacks and keeping the children’s rooms, belongings, and play areas organised.
The family travels extensively and is looking for someone who is happy and experienced with international travel and can adapt easily to different environments and routines. The position is 6 days per week, approximately 10 hours per day, with some flexibility around the schedule depending on the family’s needs and travel plans. Previous experience with both newborns and toddlers is essential, as is a calm, caring, and professional approach. Fluency in Italian is required, and the ideal candidate will be discreet, flexible, energetic, and comfortable becoming a trusted part of family life.
The salary is €80,000–€85,000 gross per year, depending on experience and suitability.
