This position is ideal for a nurturing, experienced caregiver with a strong background in infant care and early childhood development. The family is looking for someone confident in maintaining structured routines while creating a safe, calm, and engaging environment for their baby to thrive.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about infant milestones, proactive in planning developmentally appropriate activities, and attentive to detail in maintaining nursery organization and daily communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, safety-focused care for a 5-month-old infant

Follow the baby’s established feeding, nap, and activity schedule

Clean and sanitize bottles, pacifiers, and feeding supplies

Manage the baby’s laundry and nursery organization

Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to encourage early development

Communicate daily updates with parents and maintain a detailed nanny journal

Ensure a warm, structured, and nurturing environment

Provide light household support, including washing dishes and tidying areas used during the day
