ROTA Nanny – Mill Valley, CA
A professional family in Mill Valley, CA is seeking an experienced ROTA Nanny to provide full-time care for their three children, aged 4–9. This is a live-in, 24/7 role with a 7-on/7-off ROTA schedule, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive household while traveling domestically with the family.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with toddlers and school-aged children, is professional, reliable, and confident in managing a busy household with multiple children. The family values longevity, professionalism, and a nurturing, organized approach to childcare.
Key Responsibilities

Provide full care for 3 children, including daily routines and overnight support as needed

Drive children to and from school, extracurriculars, and activities

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to foster development, creativity, and social skills

Prepare simple, nutritious meals for the children

Manage children’s laundry and keep children’s areas tidy and organized

Support children’s emotional and educational development

Travel domestically with the family as required

Maintain a professional, calm, and nurturing presence during live-in weeks
Live-in accommodation provided during duty weeks (guest house)
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off, 24/7 availability including overnight care
Salary: $130,000–$140,000 annually
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of private nanny experience with toddlers through school-aged children

Strong references with demonstrated longevity in previous roles

Confident driver and swimmer (required)
